Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers. This include stocking, management, and merchandising of products at existing client's store through regular visits and upselling as needed.
Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role located in Cypress, CA. The Assistant Sales Manager
• Contact, manage, and work closely with existing network of distributors while growing into new markets through sales activities.
• Visit, manage, and merchandise product.
• Handle customer orders and resolve issues.
• Conduct essential promotions and advisements for our distributors, stores, and consumers.
• Create and submit sales report to Sales Manager.
• Introduce new products to customers.
• Track and monitor targeted budget and sales activity.
• Participate in the PDCA cycle to achieve target sales goals.
• Supervise one direct report.
• Perform other duties or tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 Years experience in sales roles.
• Must speak English AND Korean
• Road Warrior, must be able to travel up to 75% of the time, Locally and within the US.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
