Job Description

Automotive Parts Manager needed for stable dealership in the Metrowest area of MA. The successful candidate is an experienced automotive Parts Manager that understands the numbers in order to continue to drive profit, while also being a positive manager and mentor to their staff. It is important that the Parts Manager hired is someone that leads by example and always strives to do what is best for their department. Clean inventory in place. There is room for additional growth in parts sales / parts gross with the right leader in place. This is a great opportunity to get in with a reputable dealership group that treats both their employees and customers right. Experience on CDK is highly preferred, but not mandatory. Responsibilities:

• Assesses present and future needs, trends, and profit opportunities of the parts department
• Establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives within the Dealership's overall plans and policies.
• Manages the shipping and receiving of orders
• Oversees ordering and maintaining parts inventory
• Process Parts Returns in a timely manner
• Reviews and assess the results of the activities within the parts department and takes appropriate action, as necessary.
• Selects, coaches, leads, trains, and supervises parts personnel
• Work closely with the Service Manager on parts fulfillment
• Create a positive, performance-oriented, work culture
• Other duties as required

Compensation in the $90,000 - $100,000 range for the successful candidate with room for growth as the department grows, full benefits package available.
