Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to serve as a senior leader and strategic partner within our client's organization. This critical role will focus on crafting and executing a forward-thinking HR strategy, ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and fostering a culture of leadership development. The CHRO will work cross-functionally to align human capital strategies with business objectives, driving future growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy to align with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite members on organizational structure, talent development, and succession planning.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations and foster a culture of ethical HR practices.
  • Manage audits, policy updates, and regulatory reporting.
  • Stay ahead of evolving HR laws and trends, mitigating risks for the organization.

Leadership Development

  • Build and execute leadership development programs to cultivate high-potential employees for future executive roles.
  • Strengthen organizational leadership capabilities through coaching, training, and mentorship initiatives.
  • Assess and optimize the effectiveness of the company’s existing leadership and talent management strategies.

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture that supports organizational values.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the company.
  • Oversee employee relations, employee wellness programs, and engagement surveys.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the HR department’s daily functions, including benefits administration, HRIS management, payroll, and employee performance management.
  • Champion HR technology solutions to streamline processes and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage budgets and optimize resources effectively to maximize organizational outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive-level role.
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy, regulatory compliance, and leadership development.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant credentials are a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving organizational change and fostering leadership growth.
