We are seeking a highly capable and mission-driven Chief of Staff to serve as the CEOs right hand, ensuring effective execution, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across the organization. This unique role is best suited for a high-performing professional with a background in military special forces or officer-level service, who thrives in dynamic environments and demonstrates unwavering discretion, loyalty, and resourcefulness.

The Chief of Staff will operate at the center of the executive function, facilitating decision-making, driving critical initiatives, and managing internal and external priorities on behalf of the CEO. This role demands a sharp, organized, and analytical thinker who brings both tactical execution and strategic foresight.

This position is ideal for candidates transitioning from military service who are looking to leverage their leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a high-impact corporate setting.

This role is located onsite in the Middle East. Travel may be required 50% to 100% of the time.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and proxy to the CEO, managing communication, priorities, and key initiatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless execution across departments.
  • Prepare and manage executive communications, internal reports, briefings, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Support decision-making with research, data analysis, and recommendations.
  • Anticipate operational needs and proactively remove obstacles to executive efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders; internal and external ensuring clear, concise, and consistent communication.
  • Plan and coordinate high-priority meetings, off-sites, and strategic reviews.
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Requires 5 - 7 years of experience in a military officer or special forces role (E2/E3), with proven leadership under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities in high-stakes environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt rapidly, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
  • High level of personal integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.
  • Must be willing to travel internationally, including active conflict zones. Travel may range from 50% to 100% of the time, depending on operational needs and assignment schedules.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Chief of Staff or executive-level operational role.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent military training and leadership development.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of corporate strategy, business operations, or organizational development.

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • This role requires extensive international travel, including active conflict zones. Travel may range from 50% to 100% of the time, depending on operational needs and assignment schedules.
  • Candidates must be physically capable of working in demanding environments, including those with limited infrastructure and elevated safety risks.
  • The position involves frequent standing, walking, and physical activity throughout the day.
  • Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Assignments may involve deployment to regions experiencing active conflict or instability, including designated war zones. All employees must comply with company safety protocols and training requirements related to high-risk travel.
