About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to provide comprehensive support to a dynamic entrepreneur. The successful candidate will be the right hand to the founder, managing a wide range of responsibilities across personal, professional, and creative ventures. This role demands a highly capable and driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, and is energized by solving complex problems. Key responsibilities include executive support such as proactive calendar and schedule management, end-to-end travel planning, and handling various speaking and podcast engagements. The Chief of Staff will also oversee family and household logistics, provide business and venture support, and be involved in operations and relationship management. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company will have prior experience as a Chief of Staff or Senior Personal Executive Assistant, particularly in a founder or CEO support role. They should be naturally strategic, organized, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to handle a 24/7 mindset and balance high-level strategy with day-to-day execution. Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and discretion are essential. The role requires a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual who is creative, resourceful, and excited to learn from and grow alongside an entrepreneur. Responsibilities also include IT and property oversight, philanthropic coordination, and managing social media consultants and platforms.
