About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role for a strategic operator with a focus on driving growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic operations management, end-to-end project leadership, process optimization, and strategic problem-solving. This includes collaborating with the CEO to prioritize and execute key initiatives, leading critical projects, and developing scalable systems to support the company's rapid expansion. The Chief of Staff will also be the CEO's proxy in executive meetings, manage C-Suite communications, and provide decision support through high-level reporting. Financial management, including budgeting and performance tracking, is also a key aspect of the role. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in significant operational and strategic roles, with at least 2 years in a Chief of Staff or similar position within a high-growth startup or tech company. Experience at a top management consulting firm is strongly preferred, demonstrating a proven track record in strategic problem-solving and enhancing operational efficiency. The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage diverse tasks, multiple stakeholders, and complex projects efficiently. The Chief of Staff will be an integral part of the team, with the opportunity for significant career progression as the business scales.
