🔧 What You’ll Do

• Partner with machine operators to stage and transport raw materials and finished goods
• Operate clamp trucks to safely handle large, delicate, or high-value materials without damage
• Monitor production lines and assist with setup to ensure consistent output and quality
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to keep equipment and work areas in top condition
• Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors
• Maintain accurate records of material movement, production output, and inventory levels
• Support operations involving extruders, laminators, presses, and slitters

💪 What You Bring

• Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Proficiency operating clamp trucks and understanding of safe handling procedures
• Basic computer and math skills for tracking inventory and documenting production
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

✨ Bonus Skills

• Experience with machine operation, assembly, or general labor
• Skilled in using hand tools, RF scanners, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with packing, picking, and warehouse logistics

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
