Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building envelope restoration / commercial construction. Background in waterproofing systems, window and door replacement, concrete restoration, pedestrian traffic systems, stucco repair and general framing is a plus.
• General computer skills and ability to use construction related project management software.
• Strong writing skills, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Description:

• Attend project pre-bid meetings and obtain project information for estimating various commercial construction projects.
• Manage and collaborate with company administrative team, project manager, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to provide a coordinated project flow.
• Manage project related access equipment (scaffolding, lulls, ariel lifts, swing staging etc.) for project budget purposes.
• Weekly safety meetings with field crew and subcontractors.
• Report directly to project manager/company owners.
