The Role

We are seeking a professional and friendly Hotel Valet Attendant to join our team. As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for hotel guests, responsible for creating a welcoming experience while safely parking and retrieving vehicles. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide professional, courteous service at all times.
  • Vehicle Management: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
  • Organization: Maintain an organized system for parking and retrieving vehicles to optimize efficiency.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating guest vehicles.
  • Communication: Provide clear directions or assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, parking options, or local attractions.
  • Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including wearing a provided uniform.
  • Incident Reporting: Promptly report any accidents, damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor or management.
Qualifications
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience: Previous valet, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles confidently.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand, run, and walk for extended periods.
    • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding service.
