Inside Sales Representative (Fence Industry) – Fontana, CA (Our company’s West Coast hub)

Experience: Sales experience required; building materials or fencing industry experience preferred

Compensation: $60,000 to $100,000+ (Base Salary plus uncapped commission)

About the Role

  • As an Inside Sales Representative at our Fontana hub, you will be a key player driving our sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will:
  • Build Relationships: Serve as a go-to contact for contractors, builders, and homeowners, helping them find the right fencing and building material solutions. You’ll cultivate positive relationships with both long-time customers and new leads.
  • Drive Sales: Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries and walk-in requests, provide product information and pricing quotes, and close sales efficiently. You’ll also proactively follow up on quotes and reach out to dormant or prospective customers to generate new business.
  • Manage Orders: Process orders in our system accurately and coordinate with the yard/operations team to ensure products are delivered on time. Attention to detail is key – you make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Collaborate and Problem-Solve: Work closely with outside sales reps and the rest of our Fontana team to meet customer needs. Every day brings new challenges, and you tackle them by finding solutions quickly. (No two days are the same, and we love it that way!)

This is an on-site, fast-moving position at a busy distribution center, so your ability to multitask, stay organized, and think on your feet will make all the difference. If you can take ownership of your work and deliver results, you’ll fit right in.
