About the Role

As part of our graphics team, you’ll collaborate directly with designers on a diverse portfolio including parks, school campuses, urban streetscapes, mixed-use communities, and more. Your work will elevate our design process and client communications through compelling renderings, presentation graphics, and marketing materials that inspire and clearly convey the vision for the project.

What You’ll Do

• Translate architectural and landscape architectural drawings into striking illustrations and visualizations.
• Support design teams with presentation and marketing graphics.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with clarity and organization.
• Continually explore new visualization methods, tools, and technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (landscape architecture, architecture, interior design, environmental design, computer illustration, visualization, graphic design) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in modeling, rendering, and illustration software. (We use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite, but experience with Rhino, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, etc. is also valuable.)
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and transform them into clear, compelling visuals.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with entire Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Hand drawing, sketching, or painting
• Site and topography modeling
• 3D interactive programming or video editing (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
• Graphic design
• VR and AR visualization
