WCS Healthcare is seeking a Sonographer to join a leading fertility clinic in NYC. This is a great opportunity to contribute to reproductive healthcare in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift.
\n
• 6am - 10am.
\n

• Perform screenings and measurements including height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.

  \n
\n

• Assist with exam preparation and setup for specialized procedures.

  \n
\n

• Conduct routine lab tests and enter proposed orders for provider approval.

  \n
\n

• Obtain prior test results from outside providers, labs, and radiology offices. Collect blood and lab specimens as requested by physicians.

\n

• Prepare and administer designated medications under provider direction.

  \n
\n

\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• 2 years of Medical Assistant experience; fertility or women’s health preferred.

  \n
\n

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting or Occupational Studies.

  \n
\n

• BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association).

  \n
\n

• Must have experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

  \n
\n
