SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling , lead generation , and closing sales , with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with new and existing clients, promoting our services and solutions, and contributing to our overall growth.
WAGES
Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $25.00 - $35.00 plus commission incentives
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and set appointments with prospective clients in the construction industry.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies that support lead generation and brand awareness.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
Track all communications and sales activities using CRM systems.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in inside sales , cold calling , and account management , preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; a natural at building rapport.
Goal-oriented with a competitive drive and the ability to work independently.
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
