We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Patient Interaction & Front Desk Operations

• Warmly greet patients and assist with the check-in and check-out process.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

✅ Administrative & Office Support

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing-related administrative tasks.
• Process patient payments and provide receipts as needed.
• Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

✅ Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with medical staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments.
• Assist with general office duties, including faxing, scanning, and filing documents.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience: Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar healthcare administrative role is preferred but not required— we are willing to train the right candidate!
✔ Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patient care and customer service.
✔ Multitasking & Organization: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
✔ Team Player: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
