Operations & Administrative Assistant

• Contract (6+ months)

• Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What you should know: Mulberry has partnered with a global organization headquartered in Vancouver, WA to hire an Operations & Administrative Assistant to support their team! They are a collaborative and fast-paced team and are looking for someone to jump in and support. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, very organized, and is familiar with a dynamic and fast-paced team.

A day in the life:

• Coordinate internal team meetings, offsites, and people-related events.
• Manage travel bookings, expense reports, and general administrative logistics for the People team.
• Maintain shared calendars and support scheduling across key stakeholders.
• Create visually engaging slide decks, presentations, and reports using PowerPoint.
• Assist in writing, editing, and distributing internal communications.
• Support People team projects across recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and learning & development.
• Help track milestones, organize documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
• Support execution of employee engagement programs, recognition, and team rituals.
• Support ad-hoc projects and requests as assigned.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• 1-2+ years of administrative support experience
• Executive support experience preferred
• MS Office experience required
• Previous global experience highly desired
• Must be resourceful, professional, have a positive approach, thorough, and intuitive

Compensation and Benefits: $28-33/HR with access to benefits via Mulberry’s employer of record partner. Pre-screening requirements include a background check and a signed NDA.
