The candidate we are looking for is someone who is growth-oriented and truly cares about the customer experience. Our customers are the reason for our success, and our commitment to service is what sets us apart from the many companies in the area.
Our ideal hire would be self-motivated, detail-oriented, smart/hard worker, honest, positive, adaptable, and a good communicator. It is important that our customers see our technicians as Pool Professionals and not just another "pool guy/girl." Experience is not required, we are willing to train if you are will to learn!
Responsibilities:
The Pool Service Technician will be visiting the same homes each week and will be responsible for the success of their route. They will be accountable for the proper and complete cleaning and chemistry of each pool on the route every week.
