Springfield is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals in the field of Early Childhood Education that are bright, and caring individuals who are present with the children.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom setup and preparation.
• Provide support during mealtimes and classroom activities.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment throughout the school day.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
• Be a positive role model for young children.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
• A love for early childhood development and a passion for creating a fun and educational environment.
• 12+ Core ECE units required (may be presently enrolled).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
