We are looking for an experienced Probate, Business, and Real Estate Attorney with 2–5 years of relevant legal experience . The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing cases independently while also collaborating with our team. This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing for both in-office and remote work flexibility.

• Handle all aspects of probate matters, including estate administration, probate litigation, and drafting related legal documents.
• Advise and represent clients in business law matters, including entity formation, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Manage real estate transactions and disputes, including purchase agreements, leases, closings, and related negotiations.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal opinions.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates and guidance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service.
