Summary

Variant Alloy Wheels is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Finishing Assistant. In this hands-on role, you’ll support our lead powder coater and machine operator in producing premium finishes.

Responsibilities

• Willing to learn new skills including, powder coating and CNC operations.
• Perform finishing operations on alloy wheels to ensure a high-quality surface finish.
• Pull and stage wheels from inventory.
• Prep wheels for powder coat, deburring, sanding, cleaning, masking and hanging.
• Box up wheels with proper accessories for shipping.
• Conduct measurements using micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
• Assemble finished products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
• Maintain consistent quality control.

• Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality finishes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
