In this role you will oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality across all plant activities. This role is responsible for managing schedules, optimizing resources, controlling costs, and fostering a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met for quality, output, and cost.
• Develop and maintain production schedules that align with organizational goals and plant capacity.
• Motivate, train, and supervise both hourly and salaried team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor safety compliance and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Lead special projects to improve plant performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education or degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing or operations experience, with proven leadership in plastics manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
