About our Agency: I bring 20 years of experience with State Farm, including 11 years in agency leadership where I hired, trained, and consulted new agents to help them succeed. I launched my current agency in November 2018 to refocus on helping customers protect what matters most and plan for their financial goals with State Farm's suite of products. Prior to joining State Farm, I spent 8 years in consulting and management within the automotive industry.
Our team of 7 is split between 4 customer service specialists and 3 sales professionals, all dedicated to delivering exceptional service and growing the State Farm family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Steve Oleksiw - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
