As a Resident Life Mail Clerk at Cedar Point, you manage mail services for housing residents by sorting, processing, and distributing mail and packages using designated software. You provide excellent customer service by greeting associates, answering mail-related questions, and supporting a safe and friendly environment. At Cedar Point, work is FUN! As a Resident Life Mail Clerk, you'll provide mail services to all housing residents . You’ll also:

• Process associate mail when delivered to the mailroom. Sort and alphabetize flat mail.
• Check-in pacakges using designated software and assign stock number.
• Greet and serve associates collecting their mail.
• Answer questions regarding mail drop-off and pick-up.
