Senior Care Placement Advisor (Independent Contractor)

Flexible, Commission-Based ONLY | Eastside Seattle & Greater Puget Sound

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Care Placement Advisor to join our expanding team as an Independent Contractor (1099). This is a field-based, client-facing role ideal for someone with strong interpersonal and sales skills who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families.

The role includes:

  • Conducting family consultations to explore and identify medical, financial, and social care needs
  • Researching and touring senior living and care options
  • Touring communities with clients and supporting their decision-making process
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local referral sources (e.g. discharge planners, elder law attorneys, realtors, care managers, etc.)
  • Promoting your services and our trusted brand at local events, networking meetings, and within the community

This is a flexible, commission-based role with potential for high earnings, long-term growth, and future leadership opportunities.

As an independent contractor, you’ll build your own business with the support of a trusted brand. Successful advisors typically engage in the following:

  • Conducting family consultations to understand medical, financial, and social care needs
  • Researching and recommending senior living and care options tailored to each situation
  • Scheduling and attending tours with clients at senior communities and adult family homes
  • Facilitating decision-making and supporting families through transitions
  • Maintaining accurate client records using our provided CRM system
  • Building and nurturing relationships with professionals such as discharge planners, attorneys, care managers, and realtors
  • Attending local events and networking opportunities to grow visibility and strengthen referral relationships

Preferred Experience

  • Sales, business development, or client services background
  • Experience in healthcare, senior care, social work, or case management
  • Understanding of the senior housing landscape (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • CRM or case tracking systems familiarity
  • Public speaking or community outreach experience is a plus

  • Reside in or near the Eastside or Greater Seattle area
  • Minimum of 3years of experience in senior care, healthcare, social work, case management, or a similar industry
  • Relevant education in healthcare, social services, or related field (degree or certification preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for tours and meetings
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • Ability to operate as a 1099 independent contractor
