This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who excels at managing complex job sites, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

This role is ideal for a Senior PM who thrives in the field, is deeply familiar with the commercial construction process, and is ready to take full ownership of high-profile, multi-phase projects.

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance
  • Regularly visit job sites—including hospitals, offices, and other commercial environments—to monitor progress and proactively resolve challenges
  • Coordinate material procurement, labor scheduling, and site logistics
  • Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor performance
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and ensure expectations are met
  • Drive accountability across job sites to maintain safety, efficiency, and professional standards

What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management (flooring-specific experience is a plus, not a requirement)

  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with or for general contractors is  strongly preferred
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents, blueprints, and project specifications
  • Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency and accountability
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the  Syracuse, NY area

Why Join This Team?

Our client is not just a subcontractor—they are a trusted project partner to some of the most respected builders and institutions in the region. Known for integrity, craftsmanship, and professionalism, this team values their people and stands behind their work.

  • Competitive Salary: Starting at $100,000/year + project-based performance bonuses
  • Stability & Growth: Join a financially strong, growing company with a robust project pipeline
  • Supportive Leadership: Enjoy a 90-day ramp-up period with hands-on guidance and mentorship
  • Impactful Work: Contribute to meaningful projects that shape healthcare, education, and business infrastructure in your community
