As we continue to grow, we are seeking to fill 2 positions (1) Seeking a skilled and experienced Level 3 Generator Technician to join our team and (2) seeking to fill a position for a in house fleet and diesel mechanic.

Key Responsibilities:

Level 3 Generator Technician Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of generator systems, including diesel, gas, and bi-fuel generators.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure optimal performance of generator sets.
  • Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to facilitate repairs and upgrades.
  • Install and commission new generator systems in accordance with industry standards.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and provide timely, efficient service to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts used.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed

Qualifications:

Level 3 Generator Technician

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with generators, with at least 2 years at a Level 3 or equivalent position.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on power generation.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and schematics.
  • Certification in generator technology or related fields is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
