Job Title: Mig Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mig Welder to join our team on the 2nd shift. You will be responsible for welding on mild steel ranging from 12 gauge to 1 inch in various positions including flat, vertical down, and overhead. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up their welder and job, as well as measuring, cutting, bending, and building frames using hand and power tools.

Work Environment
Work on the 2nd shift from 4:30pm to 3am, Monday to Thursday, with occasional work on Fridays. The facility is located in the Iron Works district, connected to a golf simulator and bar. The new facility offers ample space, great lighting, new machinery, and high ceilings. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, eye and hearing protection. Join an 80-person shop with plans to expand beyond 100 employees.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
4-10 schedule - try to not work OT but currently working some OT
Growing company - they build parts for Data centers, which that industry is taking off
In the Iron works district - connected to a golf simulator and bar. Their other facility is Brand new facility with tons of space, great lighting, new machibery and high ceilings.

Direct Hire
$1 for 2nd shift
Annual raises: Don't do a lot of annual raises, they would bump people up throughout the year

Vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2, can get an extra week per year based on attendance
